職責
Responsible for maintaining communication with clients and resolving client queries in a timely manner
Establish and maintain good relationships with customers via phone/email,
Handle the quotations with clients and possible customers according to their needs
Daily operation, ordering and shipment arrangement.
Coordinate and communicate with internal departments to ensure timely order processing and delivered
Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required
要求
Degree/Higher Diploma/Diploma in Science, Life Science or related disciplines is preferred
Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales is preferred
Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
Good PC skills in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Immediate availability is preferred
