Responsibilities
Provide on-site preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for the laboratory/ instruments
Log service activities in the system
Work with the service team for the ad-hoc project when necessary.
Technical support for internal/external user
Support Service team tools checking and parts inventory control
Prepare service report/certificate for customer after measurement.
Requirements
With experience in repairing Biotechnology or Laboratory equipment and instruments is a PLUS
Certificate or Higher Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanism engineering or related disciplines
1-3 year(s) experience
Good computer knowledge
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good team player
