The patented twin-walled oven design of Clarus 690 GC provides the fastest available heat-up and cool-down rate, enabling shorter injection-to-injection and analytical cycle times, maximizing sample throughput. The new Clarus platform is also a remarkable step forward, the wide-range flame ionization detector (FID) allows user to accurately quantitate the largest and smallest peaks on a chromatogram without changes to range or attenuation. That means user is able to report more samples without rerun or complex setting of detector-timed events. And autosampler technology delivers multiple options for liquid injection, headspace, and SPME on one system.
 
New SwaferTM micro-channel flow technology is a user-friendly approach to automate flow-switching applications. From simple techniques like switching between liquid and headspace injections or connecting two detectors to a single column, to sophisticated multidimensional separations on complex samples, the Swafer technology can enhance productivity in most analytical labs.
