ExiCycler™ V5 is an innovative real-time PCR with Bioneer’s patented technology, providing researchers a fast and accurate results. Through a maximum 10.0℃/sec ramping rate, it minimizes experimental time and supports researchers in achieving highly efficient and accurate experiments.

Our patented nano alloy block and temperature control technology enable ramping rates of up to 10℃/sec, reducing PCR time to just 40 minutes.We offer gradient functions, time and temperature increment options, and ramping rate control for diverse customer applications.Users can select between 96-well, 96-well fast, 384-well, and 384-well fast formats, allowing selection of 4 types of thermal blocks for desired speed and number of samples.

For added convenience, we've included a 10-inch touchscreen and intuitive User Interface(UI).Easily control PCR Protocol settings, and view graphs—all without a PC.

ExiCycler™ V5 minimizes optical sensitivity and well deviations with its patented excitation light blocking technology using polarized light andusing polarization and simultaneous detection with a high-sensitivity CMOS camera.This enables 6-channel multiplex qPCR without the need for reference dye, improving understanding of experiment reagents and reducing consumption.
