Product Details
LAMBDA 1050 features a 3-detector module (PMT, InGaAs and PbS) for testing across 170 – 3300 nm. Thanks to the highly sensitive cooled InGaAs detector, LAMBDA 1050 can scan faster than ever with no reduction in data quality.
 
It also features dual sampling compartments and a variety of snap-in modules and accessories. Automatic control of polarized or depolarized light via PC is also possible. With the LAMBDA 1050’s increased sensitivity in the NIR range, you can handle a wide range of demanding measurements on nanomaterials, fiber optic filters, optical coatings, high absorbing glass with more reliable results.
