Customer Service Assistant 客戶服務助理 / 主任 (MRO team)

Responsibilities

  1. Provide internal & external support via email or phone.

  2. Job arrangement, working with related departments and customers, to ensure the delivery and installation on schedule.

  3. Providing prompt & accurate responses to customers' inquiries.


  4. Call / Email existing customers for contract renewal and join the maintenance plan.

  5. Spare part inventory control, communicate with suppliers and create quotations for customers.


  6. Handle ad hoc assignments and other duties as required


Requirements

  1. Working experience in Customer Service/ Telesales is advance


  2. HKCEE/DSE or above


  3. Immediate available is preferred


  4. Strong interpersonal communication skills and good telephone manner


  5. Good knowledge of PC applications & Gmail
